Linda's Fall Cucina Italiana $79

Next weekend we will be having a pasta making class as part of our Italian cooking theme.



 Menu:
Antipasti: Insalata Caprese and Italian Flags,
Pasta-Making: Angel hair & Linguine.
The Sugo (Italian sauce) will already be made & ready to accompany this pasta.
Piatto Forte (main course): Carne (meat) Scaloppine di Vitello (Breaded Veal Scallopinni)
La Verdura (vegetable): Yellow Bean Salad
Dolci: Crema di Lemone con Bacche (Lemon Custard with Berries)
Organic Coffee and Teas 



This is a fun, hands-on class where you learn Linda's special "technique" to make delicious pasta by hand (angel hair and linguine.) Practice using the pasta machine to roll out this sensationally light pasta.



 The sugo (sauce) recipe was brought over from Italy in the 1920’s.




This is a complete gourmet meal with four courses.  Arrive hungry as there will be lots to eat!
